Due to the seasonal nature of our subscription service and the deep discounts provided, Walmart Beauty Box items are generally non-refundable and cannot be returned for a cash refund. However, if your box arrives damaged or is missing items, we are committed to making it right through a replacement process.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Box
Upon delivery, carefully check your seasonal beauty box for any signs of shipping damage or missing products from your curated selection.
- 2.Contact Support
If an issue is found, email our customer care team within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and a photo of the damaged items.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your claim and verify the inventory status to determine if a full box replacement or individual item credit is appropriate.
- 4.Receive Replacement
Once approved, a replacement box or item will be shipped to your registered address at no additional cost to you.
